Remove cornice and Square set a laundry ceiling. Room measurements are 1.6 metres x 3 metres so it’s a total of 9.2 lineal metres of work. I have two other small rooms that also need doing the same. They can be quoted as a cash job separately.

The bottom towel rail in the ensuite has fallen off the wall. It is the original when the units were built 11 years ago and I am surprised it has lasted this long as in my opinion the plugs are not substainsial enough to hold the weight. I need the holes repaired and the towel rail remounted. I can take care of the painting. Sorry, forgot to mention that I also want the towel rail above checked because I don't want the same thing happening to it and to put in more substaintial plugs if necessary.

Hole in garage wall piece was cut out by Plumber to fix pipes now I need to fix the wall. The hole is 24 cm x 10 cm. No painting required. Just repair the hole.
