Updated: needing a plasterer and painter to repair and paint ceilings- 4 bedroom home. It was poorly set 15 years ago and my recent tenant stored heavy objects in the roof space not realising she couldn’t just walk around up there. There’s a lot of cracks - you can see where the gyprock joins. Pretty much all sheets need to be reset. 4 bedrooms Long hallway Large lounge room Kitchen Dining 2 bathrooms Laundry Wanting to reuse existing lighting - about 24 down lights in living areas and pendants in bedrooms Looking to have this completed by Friday 26/7 so I can move in. I have a picture frame runner I need to screw into the plaster corner of the wall and ceiling. It’s 27mm of plaster then masonry. The plaster is delicate but the masonry is super strong. This is a rental so I need the job to be done with care. There are three rails to put up. My drill isn’t strong enough. I will need to repair the plaster when I move out which isn’t an issue. It’s just getting through the plaster then masonry then having the plugs not bow out and crack the corner piece.
