Need to rebuild a stud wall to spare a space of 125cm width * 30cm depth for kitchen. In the picture green color implies build and red implies removal. Need one power outlet on the kitchen side. Skirting is not needed.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can handle both plastering and tiling work to assist with our kitchen renovation project. The task involves removing old plasterboards and replacing them with new ones in specific areas, as well as applying tiles in designated sections. 1. Yellow shaded areas (as per the attached image) need new plasterboards. 2. Green shaded area needs tiling. 3. A part of the ceiling also requires fixing. No need to add cornice. Dear Airtaskers, I have a office/warehouse with some computers, we need to run some cat7 cables through the plaster wall. I have the bracket there see image attached. Just need someone to go there to cut the hold in the plaster and run a vacuum at the same time so we get minimal dust on the computers as its a nightmare to clean out, Its tight space with cables running around so care is needed not damage anything. We will run the cables, my staff don't have the tools to cut the hole and the vacuum. But other than that its very easy job. Ideal time to do the work is from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm best days for us is Thursday this week or next week. I have my staff at the office who can assist as well. I have the brush plates there at the office see attached image and also I have the image of the place where the brush plate has to go, We put another one in the wall to run cables to the adjoining office through the wall cavity we will do the same for the office on the other adjoining side. We have the vacuum cleaner there you can use its in the photo..
