Hi. I'm seeking an estimate for an internal wall/door at the top of a staircase in a new building. Floor to ceiling is 2.62m and the stair to ceilings is 1.3m Room is 5.4m long. Doorway section is 1.7m wide and existing wall (to be built up from) is 1.32m high and 3.85m wide. Looking for an estimate for the whole job including plastering and painting. See photos with yellow highlights for what I had in mind. The sooner the better. Very flexible with times available.

The photo explains it best but I need a new ceiling cornice installed as it has been cut out in the past. Happy with either patching the section or replace the whole length as I don’t think they’re expensive to buy.
