We have a large room with two doors and we need to add partition wall to divide a room.

Ceilings and Walls, require completion with gyprock and plaster, and sanding throughout. Currently it is 80% completed, but the tradesperson is on Annual leave for 2 weeks. Open to negotiate a day rate less than $450 + gst for 8hrs (including 1hr lunch break). Starting from 10am (to avoid traffic rush before and after business hours).

I need a gyprocker to change 11 T bars on grid ceiling. Main runners are remaining. I have the t bar onsite and also the ceiling tiles to go back into the grid.

Down light holes and some other celling plaster holes require patching and filing. 10 holes in total and I have 5 round pieces of plaster that can be used. You will need to provide some more plaster and filler to smooth out the holes

Hi, I am after a plasterer to fix a few patches on the walls as well as a ceiling due to moving a light. Also, some areas of cracking between skirting and wall along the stairway. Thanks, Alicia

While moving furniture, a heavy item caused damage to the gyprock wall and caused a dent. I need it fixed ASAP.

At present our tenants from our Seven Hills home have vacated and we are in the process of getting new tenants in. Please see attached photo; these doors are leading into and are the main access into a bedroom. As you can see it doesnt make it look like much of a bedroom due to the openness. I want to have the wall gyprocked and a "regular bedroom door added" to make it feel more like a bedroom. This will be in preparation to sell; so hoping to keep costs down as it will not be a home I live in. Looking to have the work done over the next week if possible. Gyprock had to be cut and now needs to be patched.

Fix broken Gyprock 4 or 5 places after a flooring job. See the photos attached. This got broken after removing the skirting board and re-fixing. This is a new home and just finished the flooring. I put the budget as $5 because I don't know how much this work usually cost. Please suggest a reasonable price you are happy with.
