Preparing house to be sold and need little bit of plaster work done and paint work due to house with 3 children. The paint needs to be zero voc non toxic paint due to family members health issues with closest shade possible to existing. House is only 1.5 years old

Bedroom curtains & pellet installed. Curtains open and close by pull string. Curtain Rail has pulled out of plasterboard - pellet will possibly need to be removed to re-install curtain rail. - Due date: Flexible

Hole where old light was fitted needs plastering

Remove old wall aircon and re brick the hole that is left and also plaster the inside. we do not have the bricks, looking for roughly the same colour as original bricks but doesn't have to be an exact match.

1. Fix bottom corner of door where our cat has scratched the wood. Needs a little bit of wood filler and a touch up of paint. 2. Fix a paint chip on a door from where an adhesive child safety lock was removed. 3. Repair a small chip in the wood of a skirting board from a move. Again, nothing major, just a tiny bit of filler. All areas of repair have the same paint colour. Preferable that this is completed Sunday afternoon/evening or early Monday.
