We are builders in the Shoalhaven area and struggling to find a contractor to complete Gyprock and Plastering at 2 jobs we currently having ready to measure up. Looking for a long term building relationship for the right contractor. We will need you to quote on both jobs ASAP so the price I have put in is just so we could post the add.

I need walls patched and ceiling removed and reinstall

I am interested in having my reception desk completely rendered. As shown in the attached photos, the desk is already rendered, but there is a wooden section that I would like rendered over to ensure the surface is uniform. I believe the existing finish is mineral fox micro cement. I have painted over the wood with white paint I have provided a photo of the desk now and before I painted it. I would also be interested in having the desk rounded if this is possible , however this is not a necessity. I have attached a photo for inspiration. I have 3 wall arts each measuring about 900mm x 900mm that need to be hung on gyprock walls. Attached are photos of each item showing the attachments on the back. I have some hangers you can use if you think they are suitable. Need the job completed before December 7th.

New wall required with internal sliding doors. - Close off an existing door. - Remove an entry cupboard and put a door in it's place - Remove a built in cupboard in a bedroom that spans half a wall and replace it with built in cupboards that span the whole wall - Hang double doors on an existing door frame. - switch door jam sides for an existing door. Likely requires a new door and door handle - Need a quote for this. I'm guessing $60 an hour but please feel free to advise what an appropriate hourly rate would be Many thanks
