Cutout existing plasterboard ceiling where it has been rainwater damaged to the shape of 2 full sized 1200 x 2400 x 10mm plaster board Install and fit two new boards, screw into existing galvanized ceiling channels, tape up, base coat and top coat, cut out two 92mm diameter holes for LED down lights as shown in the photos. Estimate 2 boards 1200 x 2400 @ $32 each plus materials about $200 total. 2 to 4 hours to complete job including sanding, ready for painting. Supply all materials to complete this task.
