We have two water damage patches on our living room ceiling that need repairing. We have repaired the leak in the roof. One patch is just bigger than a handspan and the other patch is about 500mm in length but has a numerous small areas of water damage. We are in a single level home. Thanks

Small plastering job - remove chipboard - replace with wall sheeting - install trim above and on right hand side of doorway - corner - Small skirt - please include trip to bunnings to obtain any items (stafford bunnings is 5mins away) (No need to paint - job to be ready for when painters are in) Remove entertainment unit (screwed into back wall) Install bath towel (on wooden door) $450 plus cost of materials for plastering

Various plastering repairs after electrical rough in. Summary: 10x old down light locations (90-100mm holes) 9x old power point and/or light switch plate holes 15x very minor patches from screw holes ALL LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN MARKED WITH BLUE TAPE PER THE PHOTOS. House is completely empty, will leave key out for access Need done on the 26/02 at anytime that suits.
