The ceiling in our hostel hallway (Lvl M) has been damaged due to water leakage, and a section of it needs to be renewed. There is a hole in the ceiling, approximately 50 cm in size, that requires plastering and repair. The task involves repairing the wall and reattaching a metal panel that became detached due to water leakage. The leakage compromised the structural integrity of the area, causing the panel to come loose. The job requires thorough inspection, plastering, and the careful reinstallation of the metal panel.

Terrace house, rendered walls. There’s a few cracks in the paint / existing plastering that need paint matching (it’s a dulux lexicon shade), plastering and re painting. There’s also an area or water damage that needs stripping back and re painting. And a skirting board that needs sanding and re painting in white. I need you to supply the paint as well as I don’t have any/time to get some. Must clean up after your work!
