Secondly, I want to instal gip rock on the old chimney to close it it off at the bottom of the house. If you can repair proof (silicone /sikaflex) where the leak is coming from, let me know. Plaster was cut for water leak inspection. The leak is now fixed. Need the plaster repaired and painted. Area is about 80cm x 40cm. Picture is attached.
