Hi, small plaster repair needed due to water leak from leak, and also jump into the attic /ceiling to see any other leaks in the ceiling developing. Secondly, I want to instal gip rock on the old chimney to close it it off at the bottom of the house. If you can repair proof (silicone /sikaflex) where the leak is coming from, let me know. Single story place.

Plaster was cut for water leak inspection. The leak is now fixed. Need the plaster repaired and painted. Area is about 80cm x 40cm. Picture is attached.

Need to hang up 7 pieces of art work (hooks provided). Art work hanging height needs to be level. Need to fill in holes left from nail hooks and touch up plaster where needed.

Remove tiles, cement sheet and plasterboard broom timber frame, and take outside. Ideally cut out plasterboard section to minimise mess. Refer photo for work to be done.

A plaster panel has been cut out from an internal wall to install a drainage pipe. The panel has been put back in place but requires joins to be smoothed over with plaster and sanded.

I have two small handyman jobs: 1. I have patched a hole in a wall but have done a poor job of the repair and need it redone (including sanding). The area is smaller than an A4 page. No painting is required (I can do that myself) 2. Between the ceiling and a built in bookshelf I repaired a gap by filling it with No More Gaps and did a bad job of it. The space is approximately 45cm long. The No More Gaps needs to be removed / tidied up ad the gap correctly filled so that it the calling is neat and seamless.
