Need to do rendering to my existing plaster

Repair the plasterboard due to a small leak

I have a couple of small holes in plaster board needing filling and paint over.

Build out a cavity in a wall for a fireplace, then plaster the wall and paint Area is approximately 1800mm x 230mm high

We have had some fresh plaster boards and plaster completed and need a painter to finish the job. We will supply the paint we just need a good painter. It would be good to have it completed sometime next week. 1 x Family room 1 x small office with only 3 walls and window trim. All one colour, roof same colour.

Install a section of ceiling plaster and repair a small section of cornice to fill in gap left behind from the removal of the old ceiling fan (29cm diameter). Apply base coat, and get it smooth and ready for sanding and finishing....i will paint it at a later date.

I have a room that had very old plaster, and i would like to apply new plaster(To Plaster A Wall | Skim Coat Plastering). the approximate size is 4.4m * 2.2m. additinally i have some ceilling that need to to reattached and smoothed out. all of the work does not require painting

Remove air vent in ceiling and replaster and paint. Make it like the vent was never there!

I have some plaster work. But I would really prefer somebody who can plaster and paint, and finish the entire job. I know that most plasterers hate painting, so I am flexible. But please state in your offer if you’re happy to do just the plastering, or just the painting, or both. One area of the ceiling will definitely need the plaster replaced (first photo). I believe all the other areas will just need touch ups, such as stopping up again (where water has just damaged the joints) or filling in. If you can paint as well, i will supply the paint.

I have built extension at home and never got around to finishing the bathroom ceiling and little walk in robe. The walk in robe is basically done just needs a little amount of sanding. The bathroom roof however needs to be fully stopped up and sanded. The ceiling is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m. small easy job. I will provide the 3 in 1 plaster.

I have 3 tasks need doing. Location Templestowe Lower. Need a handyman/plasterer to do following: 1. Patching up and sanding back those cracks in walls so I can then paint them 2. Installing two venetian blinds which I will provide 3. We have removed our old style rectangular shaped wall air conditioner, so need to fix the wall and fill the gap. - Due date: Flexible

We need plaster installed on the ceiling to patch an area of approx 170cm x 50cm. Plaster was removed to identify a roof leak which has since been fixed. I’ll paint, just need someone to patch the ceiling. This is ‘supply and install’ - I no longer have the pieces of plater removed from the ceiling. My preference is to have one piece 170x50cm installed rather than three separate patches - Due date: Before Friday, 9 December 2022
