When our new aircon unit was installed, they had to locate zone controllers so made 3 holes in the wall & ceiling of our laundry. Each is about 30cm by 40cm. Painting the room (less than 3m by 2m optional if plastering is good - I have the paint).

Would happily use and recommend Ron again. We found Ron to be punctual, provide excellent communication every step of the way, his workmanship was excellent and very thorough. He also kept the work areas very clean which can be very difficult when plastering, especially overhead.

Seeking a qualified plasterer to render internal brick walls ********** I have a brick room (~3.5m x 5m) under my house. The brick is untreated and unpainted. The grout between the bricks has some minor gaps/cracks and so I'd like to render the internal walls, both to create a more attractive finish and to keep out dust etc. The ceiling has already been plastered so does NOT require any work. The floor is well tiled and so also does NOT require any work. The 4 walls all need to be rendered. Please assume I want a smooth, painted finish. Level ceiling. Replace gyprock, tape, fill, sand ect. New cornice /moulding ready for paint. Ceiling 3800 x 3800(thinking leave the closest, run renovator across face?) 4x 5.4m 42x11 pine moulding for cornice Wall 3800 x 2460 (overboard) Nail 12x12 and 18x12 moulding on either side of wall (supplied by me) Ceiling is a bit lumpy, would be nice to level the end meeting the new wall. Not too fussed getting it perfect, whatever you suggest to guarantee your workmanship :) Studs and battens are 420 centre to centre (hardwood) All nails, screws and existing cornice and moulding have been pulled - Due date: Flexible
