Removal of tv wires and plaster/ paint remaining holes

We have an old fireplace that was ripped out, looking to fill the cavity and then plaster smooth to blend in with surrounding surface

I have a garage that has exposed concrete walls and ceiling that I would like covered in plaster. The floor space is about 12.5m x 10m and a height of 2.5m

I need to fix a dent in a wooden door. The paint has chipped off and theres about a 0.5cm chunk of the door missing where the paint has chipped off, which could be plastered flat I'm assuming. The color is roughly sw 7503 sticks & stones but anything similar enough will do

I live in a Toorak rental house. I have the permission of my property manager to commission the work. I have a delicate leadlight door which needs some filling performed and the door painted on both sides with gloss paint. The inside must be off-white. The exterior is a black gloss finish. The filling is around the edge top edge of the sensitive leadlight structure. It will need some course and then fine sanding after filling. Would you also please patch a plasterboard hole in my attic study please? It is the approximately 10 cm by 5 cm in area.
