Looking for someone to plaster my walls in a room.

Hi. I have a tiny room in new pad. It is 2.3 by 3.2 but one wall is almost totally covered by a bookcase and another wall dominated by a double sliding door. I would like the walls to be heavily skimmed so the brick work disappears. In a tiny room, the brick gives the (urrgh) impression of circa 1960s government housing. Please note, bookcase cannot be moved. See pictures and excuse mess - not long moved in.

I am coordinating various enhancements to a house in the suburb of Perth prior to moving in the third week of February. I will need a plasterer to do a series of small patching and repairs to the ceiling and walls. The scope will not be absolutely known until the electrician has removed certain lights and air conditioners etc. the plastering needs to be completed before painters commence in the week beginning 3 March 2025

Rendering and fixing 20m of retaining wall

I have a spare room that is in original condition (house built 1960s) and the walls need plastering from pet destruction so I can paint the walls in future.

Plaster section of wall in readiness for glass splashback and tidy up areas where tiles have been removed (maybe). Main area on face brick is approximately 900 x 900. Not sure what the value of a job like this is worth so please make an offer based on what you might think is reasonable. Cheers.

Small amount of patching/plastering to be done over chasing into brick wall for electrical conduits and around 1 or 2 lights switches. Probably about 4 or so hours work all up, but obviously will need to be done over a few days for each stage to dry. Must have experience with older houses as the brickwork/surrounding plaster is fragile. To be done/started ASAP 🙏🏼

I’ve got one picture (fixing attached to show) and one giant lightning bolt with a hook that need hanging please. Is not plasterboard / studs but solid so requires drill for picture, possibly just a hook for other! Anytime during day before 4pm, preferably before weekend but flexible if need to be!
