Morning all We are a maintenance company that needs a small plastering job done. It MUST be done Friday The area is in a bathroom that has had water damage from the roof (that’s has been repaired) We need a section of Lester cut out (about 400 square) new plaster installed and all prep work done for paint. Once done the installation will be replace from the roof access and it will be painted by our team. You task is to just cut out, replace and prep for paint (sand and get ready) Easy task and plenty of more work is available if the jobs done right and with minimal fuss to the tenant. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 28 April 2023

Have two small holes in the ceiling of my house. Have tried to fill but hasnt become smooth

Ceiling is sagging in 2 separate locations (where relevant the roofing/tiling is being fixed first to rectify the cause of the issue) but then will need plaster sagging fixed. Location #1: is the external eaves/roof at front entry way to house - see photos 1 &2 Location #2: external ceiling in back alfresco area. Inspection reports that this is likely a re enforcing/refixing job rather than replacement. Noting the plaster does not show any signs of water damage. Likely a loss of adhesion to batterns. These are the only photos I have at the moment - moving in next week. Job location is Wallan.
