we have done a small amount of renovating and need some gyprock repairs done before painting. There are 5 areas: - - Stair case - we have removing a long section of skirting in the stair well. this needs to be smoothed over. (first image) - Old Vent - when the new ducted air con was installed, they have left the old intake vent - this is just sitting there and comes out. we need need this patched. (second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.

Fire rated gyprock must be installed under the stairs in the garage. 2x13 mm layers of fire rated gyprock fire rated mastic to be applied around the edges and screw holes of the gyprock. Stairs are <1m wide - total of 15 stairs. Only the straight part of the stairs need the gyprocking. The top part can be closed off with gyprock (one photo) against a timber frame.

Plastering and sanding - pre painting prep work required for home reno at Warriewood

Home Reno. Misc small gyprock work, cut install patches/repairs, plastering and sanding. Hourly rate or day rate.

Plasterer / cornice installation required. ~35 linear metre of 90mm cove cornice (supplied/on site) to be installed by experienced tradesperson.

I have already hung the gyprock sheets, now I need someone in the know to patch the joins for a professional finish, ready for painting. There is a panorama photo of the garage attached, everything above the shelving does not require patching. Wall 1: Approx. 1800x2700 - joins a new section to an existing gyprock wall. Note the old section is 13mm sheeting, the new section is 10mm sheeting. A few butt joins to be patched. Wall 2: Approx. 5500x2700 - all new sheets. 2 x vertical butt joins (1350mm each), and 1 x recessed join (5700mm), and numerous (plenty) of screw holes to also be patched. Wall 3: 2 x horizontal butt joins (about 100mm and 300mm in length) and an inside corner join to Wall 2 (2700mm high). Cornice: Wall 2 & 3 need cornice (supplied) to be installed. Approx. 3.6m on Wall 2, and 3m on Wall 3. Garage ceiling: existing as is but I've had to put in about 40 screw to strengthen it so these need patching only. Kitchen Ceiling: approx. 900x900mm. I haven't done the repair to the water stain yet but will do it before you arrive. You just need to patch the butt joins. All photos attached. I can supply base coat, top coat, cornice cement, and the cornice itself. I will put a date in for when I need it done but really it's as soon as you can.
