There are existing holes in the wall that are too large. Would like to utilise the same holes to put up hooks to hang the picture frame securely. The frame will be above the bed, so it needs to be secure and not fall off. You’ll need to supply a wire or a thick string to tie the back of the frame and hooks etc.

- Extend the gyprock/timber around the skylighy to make it fully airtight - Finish with a white paint

Part of the lath and plaster ceiling in bedroom of 1880s terrace house has collapsed, with the lath intact but the plaster having fallen out. There is also some water damage in another part of ceiling and adjacent walls. Seeking plasterer/gyprocker to either repair hole in ceiling if possible, or install new gyprock ceiling underneath the entire room's ceiling. Room dimensions: 5m x 3m.
