The tap in my bathroom is too small and I need it replacing with the larger one I have bought.

We have an outdoor tap (pictured) which is in-line with main water feed to the home. Want that tap removed and the junction replaced as it leaks. Then install a new tap coming off to the side of the water line on this wall (last picture).

Basic service to plumbing fixtures in our home - 4 dripping taps (eg. washers or o-rings) - 3 bathroom taps & 1 mixer tap Toilet flush timing (valves or adjust floats) - 3 toilets It's very basic work, 2-3hrs maximum, looking to pay $100 per hour.

Slow flowing outdoor drain needs flow improved.

Hi there - searching for a plumber to replace the sink waste fitting on a basin. Have the parts and there is no piping required etc, just to swap it out

Our 10-year-old water tank is leaking, can someone wield it? No idea how long it'll take.

Pipe threads have been stripped and water is leaking. New pipe needed. Also, there is the possibility of an issue with the plug housing in the sink, though no water leak found at that point.

Hi there, I’m looking to disconnect a down pipe that feeds into an unused water tank at the back of our garage, and then diverting the water back to the laneway, I’d like to pump all the water out of the tank if that is possible too.
