i have 4 downpipes that are getting a bit old and rusty. i want to replace them and connect properly to sewage. i might want to replace the guttering in future. i want the new downpipes to be compatible with the future up to the code guttering. thanks

Need to change current kitchen faucet. New faucet will be provided. Current hole on stone benchtop also needs to be expanded. Currently, it’s 30mm but needs to be expanded to 35mm.

I need a new LG fridge hooked with drinking water and I have leak under kitchen sink.

Replacing an existing sink with a new one with the same dimensions. Replacing the tapware as well. Both the new sink and tap will be supplied so this is for installation only.

Pipe at back of toilet is leaking. Currently collecting water in a bag. Another toilet seems to drain and refills regularly. Both will need fixing. Also a toilet door handle needs fixing. It opens on one side but not consistently from inside and becomes loose and could fall off.
