Toilet doesn’t rise once flush

Please provide a quote for a shower seal - waterproof grout and silicone. The existing shower base is leaking at the moment. It will have to be pressure tested again to confirm the leak has been fixed. I would like a warranty for this too.

I need to fix a shower outlet leak (via plasterboard wall side) behind bathroom wall. I would like the shower and base properly siliconed too.

Replace hot and cold laundry taps (see photo).i.e. remove old ones and add the new ones. Purchase the new taps. I will reimburse based on the receipt for the taps. Alternatively, please quote for entire job (including breakdown via a message). My quote amount to start this task does not include the taps (but see above).

A Double Kitchen Sink and tap to be removed and replaced with new

Granite kitchen sink need to have a hole created for the installation of a tap and pumping needs to be installed for the kitchen sink.
