I have two showers with small cracks in the shower base that need to be temporarily repaired. The bathrooms will be fully refurbished in the coming months.

Looking for someone to assist with completing a stormwater drain. The trench is mostly dug, but I need help with installing the drain and potentially concreting if required. Experience with drainage systems and concreting is preferred. All necessary tools can be provided.

Elevated pipework/ drainage: Run elevated 100mm DWV with provision for vent, FWG, shower, basin, WC & kitchen.  Excavate to locate sewer main to connect into. Water services: Rough in pex tempered & cold lines for all fixtures including new hot water system.  Cold feed to be drawn off current main line near laundry. Supply & install new 125L HWU with all associated valves & pipework. Fit off:  Allowance for 6hrs labour.

Damp found in main bathroom shower/bath and ensuite.

Toilet not filling back up so not flushing right so if someone can come see if anything could be done🙏🙏
