Tenant has reported that the top piece of the flush comes off frequently and then the entire flush falls into the cistern. Here is more information: “Here's the flush top, and how the other toilet appears by comparison. Ive re-fitted this ring piece several times but it constantly works its way off, this leads to the flush piece either falling down into the cistern or getting a bit stuck on the way down and having to be retrieved. I actually don't think it would take much more than a waterproof glue to re-fit but I'm not by any means an expert on if there is a greater issue below the lid. I can't see any branding on the toilet, but here is a full picture of the toilet also. “

We recently bought a property that has an old oil heater tank that we want to remove. The tank appears to be decomissioned and not connected to any pipes. I haven't looked inside but the tank sounds empty when I knock it. Tank is 1700mm off ground and is approx: 1230w x 880h x 440d.

Dishwasher is currently blocked. Have tried clearing with hot water, and then also bicarb and vinegar. Unfortunately, no luck.

My washing machine has a power cord, outlet hose and inlet hose. I have connected the power cord and outlet hose. However, I cannot fit the inlet hose to the cold tap. There seems to be a steel cap on the cold tap that I can't unscrew.
