Need a licensed plumber to replace toilet. I have removed the old toilet and have the new toilet which was ordered to specs. Therefore please quote based on simply swapping toilet. Tap in shower needs new washer also one garden tap needs same. Toilet cistern keeps filling and overflowing into bowl - takes several minutes for float valve to kick in.
