Fix a water leaking ceiling

Toilet water connection tap is leaking. Please see the picture.

Someone took the button from the toilet. The rest of the mechanism works fine. 45mm hole in the cistern lid. I tried a few shops like Bunnings but they didn’t have a button that connects to the rest of the mechanism. I just want it to look like a normal toilet.

Install one toilet in the bathroom. I can buy the toilet from Bunnings. The quotation is for installation and take the old toilet away. Please provide tax invoice and the quotation please include tax. Thank you.

When the washbasin faucet is turned on, it leaks underneath. The washbasin water valve leaking under the vanity.

There is small irrigation system for a hedge. The backflow preventer (shown in image) for it has a crack and so needs to be replaced (please supply part) as it is leaking water and is non-compliant. The tap supplying it also leaks (probably just a worn out washer or o-ring) so this needs fixing too.

Replace existing taps with quarter turn taps. They need additional extension to fit the taps on the bath and shower.

There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Seems to be from the drainage. Strong gutter like smell

We have bought a new Electrolux fridge, it needs to be connected to the water line. The water line is already available as an old fridge used the water line a couple of years back.

Plumber to link from grate to kerbside so that water can flow away. Either cut an outlet from the front of the grate (as per 1st and 2nd pic) or connect from the side of grate (3rd pic) - whichever is more cost efficient. About 4 metres to kerbside. Please propose price. Thanks

Have leakage in basement pipe. Need fix

We have a crack in a sewerage pipe and will like to excavate approximately 400 to 600 mm to expose the shaft of my pipe so that my licensed plumber can change the shaft next week. This is shown on the point at the heel of that boot. Thanks
