Garage ceiling leaking only when use toilet or washing basin upstairs. You may need to cut the ceiling to find the leak point. Need license.

Recently the water filter inlet and outlet started leaking , the stop lock should stop any leakage once the pipe goes in . Can someone get pipe and the lock just in case its damaged and fix this.

Leakage in the water heater system pipe

I have already purchased taps to replace; however, ran into an issue in the shower. The internal nuts inside are recessed slightly within the shower wall. I was able to hand loosen the left shower nut, but could not remove anything further from the wall on the left and I was unable to budge the right internal nut with the pliers I have. I need someone who can see if they can remove the taps and replace.

Someone took the button from the toilet. The rest of the mechanism works fine. 45mm hole in the cistern lid. I tried a few shops like Bunnings but they didn’t have a button that connects to the rest of the mechanism. I just want it to look like a normal toilet.

When the washbasin faucet is turned on, it leaks underneath. The washbasin water valve leaking under the vanity.

There is small irrigation system for a hedge. The backflow preventer (shown in image) for it has a crack and so needs to be replaced (please supply part) as it is leaking water and is non-compliant. The tap supplying it also leaks (probably just a worn out washer or o-ring) so this needs fixing too.

Replace existing taps with quarter turn taps. They need additional extension to fit the taps on the bath and shower.
