We have 2 toilet commodes that require replacement. Units are provided.

We have a separate toilet and bathroom. We want to remove the wall between them and then have mixed 2m x 2.6m bigger space to design and renovate new mixed toilet and bathroom area. Also we have laundy a bit small. We want to put its wall 2.4 m x 2.6 m, 50 cm away to have bigger space for laundry. And then renovate new closet to put all laundry stuff inside the closet. Needs plumbing for approprite placing of sink and washing machine. Would like to start 17th Dec and one or two days after.

There are two toilets which have issues I need fixed. 1. The first toilet has problem with the flush. It flushes but you need to hold on to the button for it let enough water in to flush properly. 2. The second toilet has a slow leak into the toilet bowl so the seal may need to be replaced. Also the inlet valve sounds like it continues to fill water even when tank is full.
