I have water leaking in my garage bathroom, it often floods the bathroom, this bathroom sits underneath a stair case. Need to find where the leak comes from. Also my bricks in the garage are flakey and deteriorating, happening in the areas of the bathroom where it's flooding and in other random areas where there is no water.
