There is water leak caused by the missing or loose grout in shower base.  This job will need to be done by a tiler or a plumber. Need to fix the issue by grouting and sealing the tiles

Apparently toilet is blocked in rental property. Need to come and have to locate the issue what is causing it.

Laundry sink tap to be replaced. It's not stable. It's very loose.. better to replace rather than fixing.

Reconnect waterline to outdoor tap. Water line was closed off when outdoor tap dislodged from wall. Please see photo. The spindle on the right has dislodged from the waterline located within the wall. Hence the water line has been isolated from any further use, within the roof cavity. I would like to reconnect and run a new line on the outside of the wall, and connect to a new garden tap. Possible?

There is a bolt underneath the sink that holds the tap in a position. This bolt got loose and fell off. The bolt needs to be put back on. Due to the position of it, its hard for me to put it back on myself.

Hi toilet blocked needs to be cleared quick. The water drains slowly. The water in the bowl is clean. I tried using my little ryobi thing but the block must be further down. Its at a warehouse in cranbourne

initially having issues with cistern (branded 'imperial') constantly making refilling noise while letting a small amount of water run into the bowl, non-stop. frustrated with the noise, my husband turned the water to the toilet off one night without telling me. i pulled the cistern apart in the morning thinking it had finally stopped working and needed to do a manual flush. now we can no longer get the thing back together and flushing. i am needing the cistern reassembled and the refilling issue stopped.
