The sink plug was removed to clean out dirt and hair blocking the drain. However, when attempting to reinsert the plug, it no longer fits or seals correctly. It appears that the spring mechanism has been wedged in so far that reinserting the plug is impossible. It is suspected that the pin or screw holding the mechanism in place may have also snapped off when it was twisted.

Storm water drain pipe leading to the street edge in my 3 year old home has got debris blocking the connection to the street drainage. This need to be inspected and removed. Suspicion is, it could be a piece of concrete gone in and settled. If so, this need to be removed using concrete dissolver

Supply and install replacement broken pipe. From the wall to the ground.

There's a hole in the gutter. It's been leaking. Need to replace gutter

Bypass hot water system at car wash. Or if able repair leak in hot water tank. Whichever you recommend. There is currently a leak at the bottom of the tank. It supplies water to other tanks. I would like to bypass the system all together

Attach new toilet seat cover on bedroom toilet.

The main drain has blocked.

The toilet is leaking, the flushing cistern (or its contents) needs replacing. We don't have replacement, need to purchase it from the plumber
