Toilet no longer flushes properly, continually leaking. Images of type of toilet attached

I need my kitchen sink tap fastened correctly to my kitchen top. I've been advised by a plumber friend that the reason the tap is loose is because of how it has been attached to the kitchen counter top below. I'm unfortunately unable to take photos of the connection underneath the sink, as I'm currently injured. There is also a washer dryer that will have to be pulled out, in order to access beneath the sink.

We are experiencing an overflowing issue with the toilet floor drainage, where water and oil are coming up through the drain. While there are no solid waste materials (such as feces or urine), we suspect it may be related to the grease trap, which had not been emptied for the past four months. It was cleaned out yesterday morning, but the issue persists. The floor drain continues to overflow whenever a large amount of water is drained from the kitchen or when the toilet is flushed. We need a professional to inspect and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Our freezer Samsung is turning off so had to remove all items yesterday. Also the freezer has a missing piece from 3 months ago where the ice no longer comes out of the bottom.

Hey, I've already got my new kitchen sink but need help in installing them including changing the drainage pipe (from 2 to 1)

Remove and replace kitchen bench . Add a bench in the laundry over the washing machine with a sink

The button of this toilet got stuck down and I wasn’t able to fix it myself - I’m not sure if the whole flush button needs replacing or just to be reconnected and fiddled with.

The Bosch dishwasher at the apartment we’ve moved to is not working. It says to check the water. Can someone please come and fix this for us?
