Hi there I'm looking for a person with the skills and equipment to fix up a few minor items including a stiff window closing mechanism (it's a rotating / wind up mechanism), fix up a stiff fly screen, minor repair to sliding laundry door which has come off its runners, installation of new washers on four taps, and fix up a bathroom cistern that doesn't shut off.

Replace two spindles and washers on bathroom sink. Spindles are shallow and worn.

Connect the new sink tap to water. Pass the drainage pipe under the new cabinets (approx. 1m) and connect to the sink drainage. Also, connect the dishwasher and install the required attachments. Cabinet makers will be on-site to assist with connections.

🚨 Plumbers… help please! I am getting my bathroom and ensuite re-tiled in the coming weeks and I the two new vanity’s are floating/wall hung. I have stuffed up in that I bought the cabinet/vanity without realising that the water pipes from the sinks go into the floor which is going to ruin the whole look of the floating cabinets. Is there a way to change it to be a) set into the wall b) set back against the wall c) any other solution? If you could advise cost and availability that would be amazing! Thank you 🙏

Replace leaking tap with replacement tap provided by owner.

Need to disconnect and remove kitchen sink and replace faulty tap spindle in the bathroom shower.

Our toilet has a minor but persiste trickle leak into the cistern which has previously been fixed by replacing one of the seals. It has flared up again so looking for someone to come and come and resolve this. Please don't suggest changing the cistern unless you can do so without destroying the whole compartment.

Remove existing vanity cabinets, supply and install new unit. Keep existing marble bench top, raise height if possible

Replace the bathtub tap with new tap (specific model) that allow to use the water hose - i already got the water hose mentioned this specific tap.

Toilet flush is not getting quickly refilled once it is used.
