Find an experienced plumber in Epping VIC

** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

Corner of large fish tank to be repaired. Tank is empty.

The existing toilet cistern is leaking inside as it is old. The bottom connection from cistern to the waterline is a non-bendable metal pipe. I would like to replace the old cistern to new one along with flexible hose. Please quote me labour alone and another quote with parts and labour.

Toilet block water is not draining

Standing water doesn't reach the down spouts and water leaks from corner. Need the gutter slope to be realigned and the gutter leaks to be sealed.its a single storey house. Refer to photos attached for the location of standing water (shown as box in the photo) and corner leakage (shown as circle in the photo)

Gas heater is not turning on and kitchen sink is blocked.

Hi I need the following plumbing works done please 1. Removal and capping of taps as shown with x's. 2. New water source/taps underneath trough as shown with circles. This is for the new washing machine. Small washing machine taps required and plumber to supply. (Not fussed at what they look like) 3. Stove top gas capping 4. Water outlet and drain capped for kitchen bench. The island bench will be removed in the future (another job). Removal of pipes connecting to dishwasher too, no reconnection needed. We will need connecting of the water outlet and drain, and gas stove in the future, however that is for the future. Thanks.
