I thought I could do it myself. but two small bathrooms each bathroom has hair line cracks on the celing. It's annoying as hell I hate them. Guess it's just a quick fix. Plumber checked no leaking but could if been yrs ago.

My kitchen tap does not fully flow or let out enough water. One of my relatives installed a new kitchen tap and since then the water flow reduced. The cold side of the tap flows hot water and the hot side of the tap flows cold water. My showers hot water is also fiddly, the water also does not fully flow.
