My kitchen sink is blocked (single sink) The water goes down, but slowly, and i'm tired of having to use the plunger everytime I wash something in the sink. It's just the kitchen sink that's blocked. Everything else in the house is working perfectly fine. Plumber needed. Today, tomorrow or Wednesday.

There is a small hose that runs from the ceiling to where an ice generating fridge would be. It is pumping water out and I’ve tried blocking the pipe but no good, it’s still leaking out. There is also a strange ticking noise in the ceiling that I’m not sure if it’s connected or not

I have an outdoor tap which is leaking the tap is old and I would like it replaced. I have second outdoor tap which is not leaking yet but I would also like it replaced.

Laundry tiling surrounding hot water control (right control in pictures)is too close, meaning we can't get a plumber in to fix a leaky tap. We don't need the tap fixed, we just need the tiling cut back slight so that we can get to the spindle assembly

I have located leak in Retic pipe which is under driveway. Dug up on one side of driveway to find where pipe comes thru. Will need you to dig other side up to find where it goes under. The pipe is 19mm black piping, which is 25 years old and has probably split. Luckily it is run inside a white pvc plumbing pipe, so hopefully a new pipe can be pulled through this conduit. There is a second Retic pipe also running under driveway, next to the leaking one, separate conduit, so will make sense to replace that pipe as well.

Need a tap installed for a plumbed fridge. There is an empty cavity above the fridge which can accommodate the tap (same as the photo). - Due date: Flexible
