1) Relocate washing machine taps to under sink 2) Replace sink taps with a modern mixer I can have the plaster sheet fully removed if that helps as this will be replaced anyways. Note: Laundry being installed sometime w.c 9/12 Ideally some of these works to be done sooner than that

Outdoor tap in the back garden has a slow leak. Wanting to replace the tap with a new one, and split it into two taps — one for a garden hose, and another for a newly installed irrigation system.

We’ve observed a few times now that water falls into the bottom of our laundry trough cabinet, so I need to make it leak proof once again. I’m 90% certain it’s the gap between the basin and the pipe that’s at fault here, however let’s do a leak test and correct it.

Current hot water unit is the old style one under the roof, which is not working. We need to install the new one. We will buy the one in the picture.
