Hi, we will need an experienced and licensed plumber to remove tapware on our kitchen island while the other tradie is working on the stone benchtop. Then to put back the tapware either in the evening or the next day. Must know how to remove ziptap as one of them is a ziptap (with instant hot and cold water) Need to be available on 18th morning to remove and 19th morning to install back

Need to repair / replace a part in the toilet which is leaking. When toilet flushes, there is a spraying sound that starts. When you lift off the back of the cistern, this part is spraying water which is leaking out of the toilet on to the floor.

Strange smells in 1 bathroom toilet or sink drain.. intermittent

A PVC pipe used for an irrigation system is broken and needs to be replaced. The PVC is painted around the broken section.

Plumber to convert wall mounted pillar tap to mixer with nobs below for bench mounted tap instead Piping /plumbing for existing wall mounted taps are already exposed. Basic patching but not cosmetic patching required as kitchen yet to be installed

We had some washers changed, but the taps were left without extenders so we cannot put the cover part back on (you can see I know all the names of the parts). We have the extenders, but I don’t want to do it myself, and would prefer to get it done by someone that knows what they’re doing

The ice maker Scotsman EC 47 has stopped working suddenly and the indicator of overheating is flashing as shown in the live photo attached

Hi Isaak, I suspect I have a cracked pipe somewhere as can hear hissing when the water is on and pressure has dropped right off. I’ve also got some minor flooding into the common driveway and courtyard. Do you have time to come have a look?

Disconnect Asko dishwasher (currently connected under kitchen bunch) to allow owner to transport it into storage

Licensed plumber needed to fit dishwasher Aquastop vertically Hoping it's just a simple elbow. Located at the top. Making a U shape. Installed to where I can access the Aquastop hose end to easily remove by hand. And easy access to turn the green stopcock. And perhaps replace the green stopcock with a lever.
