I am looking to lay a couple of AGI lines in my yard to collect water. Need someone to create a discharge point connected to storm water down pipe. The only option I can see is the one in photo, which needs a small concrete cut, but happy to consider other better options could be done.

I’m renovating my kitchen and I’d like to move the kitchen sink from its current location (circled in picture) to an adjacent wall (where the fridge is in the attached picture). Where the sink currently is, I’m putting in a gas stove so I’d like a gas line installed there as well. The house already has a gas connection and the house is split level so the area below the kitchen (where the pipes currently are) is easily accessible. The cabinets and flooring have been demolished already so general access to the pipes is easy.
