Bathroom vanity to be resurfaced top front and one side

I need to connect the washing machine to water taps and waste pipes. For the waste pipe connection, it seems like it just needs to be tightened (please see the photo). For the water connection, there is only one water connection pipe (cold). A wrench of a suitable size might be needed to remove the metal caps (please see the photo attached).

I’m looking to get a quote to change the group head seal on my LaMarzocco Linea Mini. It’s dripping some water on extraction. I’ve ordered a new seal (arriving this Weds 3/4) but if you have one even better. We are located in Greenwich NSW.

Hi there, I need you to provide and install an electric 125L Hot Water System. Currently I have a DUX ProFlo installed but it's leaking. I need you to fully install the replacement hot water tank and do any necessary plumbing works, including potentially using existing values if appropriate etc. Taking away the old hot wateer system is preferred Thanks

Toilet flush accumulates in the bowl and discharges slowly, Therefore not allowing solids to flush away completely. Even with no solids, the bowl fills and empties very slowly when the adjacent bath is in the process of emptying.

Water is leaking from where the toilet meets the wall. Suspect the seal to the waste pipe has degraded.

Toilet is slowly leaking internally and then continually filling itself up. The float is working but internal mechanism must be replaced. Easy job. Thanks

After flushing the toilet, a small amount of water leaks from the rear of the pipe, where it connects to the floor (flange and wax seal area). See photos. Please quote for cost of repair - Due date: Before Saturday, 13 January 2024

Our toilet links up to the sewer line to the right hand side of the toilet pan (if you were sitting on it). There is a small linking pipe which goes to the wall and a collar linking that to the pan. The collar linking the main sewer line with the pan looks like it is disintegrating with age. Probably installed in the 70’s I would guess and seems to be made from some kind of fibrous material. I need someone to replace the collar seal before it starts to leak. See photos for a better idea of what I mean. - Due date: Flexible

I need an outdoor tap (for backyard) and outdoor benchtop sink + tap (for barbecue area) fitted and connected. The barbecue area is already constructed. The stone top will need to be cut and water source / drain pipes located and connected. The builder informed us that there is piping in the area (I'm not sure where). There is a large pipe with a cover on it to the side of the bench space. - Due date: Flexible

This kitchen tap is wobbly and just needs to be tightened. The position behind the sink makes it a bit tricky to reach the nut but apart from that it should be a super simple job! It's not urgent so perhaps you can drop in when you're in the area. - Due date: Flexible
