Sink needs unclogging.

Two leaking taps that require a fix. One bathroom sink and one outdoor tap in the garden.

The current 'backboard' behind sink is dodgy and has expanded due to getting wet, not sure what options are available. Nothing fancy, maybe something metal that is easy to clean and won't allow water to seep in. Not fussy. Don't want to spend a lot as maybe replacing sink / kitchen at some point.

Leaking water hose of coffee machine.

Kitchen flexi hose is leaking water, so I have brought the new kitchen mixer. Just need to install a new kitchen mixer. I supply a new one, which has already brought. Also need stove gas jets to be cleaned, as flame is getting smaller. But still working

Dishwasher been leaking, Removed it and needs plug and also need to fix and put in new base on shelf as the leak had put a hole in it. The leak is only the plug Time plus material

A mixer tap was installed but over time the retaining nut has come loose and the tap wobbles when touched. There are no leaks.

Someone (me) fell onto the tap in the bath tub and bent it. I replaced the tap itself which helped, but revealed that the pipe is bent. I want the pipe straightened so the tap sits flush against the wall.

My hot water is not working in my apartment. I have an electric hot water tank which provides hot water to the apartment. There is no issue with the electricity so has to be a plumbing issue. It’s also been making a draining noise which needs to be looked at. Need an experienced plumber please as I need it fixed ASAP.

The bathroom tap won't completely turn off. I have turned the water off under the sink but we still have a leak.

We installed a new bath tub with center drain which is offset to the original drain pipe by around 80cm. It is currently connected to the original drain with soft tubes. The tubes are too long and have turns which make draining very difficult. Once we fill enough water, it drains fine, but it drains poorly when there is little water. We need a licensed plumber to redo the connection with proper piping and reinstall the bathtub, we are happy to reimburse the materials. Quote for the required labor. The pipes are not blocked.

1. Re-grout over the old wall tiles around a bath tub to seal cracks and holes in old grout and make water tight again. 2. Re-grout behind one shower dish tile in shower to fill cracks in old grout and make water tight again. 3. Seal bottom part of shower screen (Using mould prevention products to stop mould forming under seal if possible.). 4. Inside shower seal around hot tap, around hand rail and around shower head to make water tight.

I need plumber to realign shower and faucet as photo. Also closed existing shower.

Replace the hot water pipe work, just need to replace the pipe before and after the hot water meter. Not the whole pipe work.
