The current 'backboard' behind sink is dodgy and has expanded due to getting wet, not sure what options are available. Nothing fancy, maybe something metal that is easy to clean and won't allow water to seep in. Not fussy. Don't want to spend a lot as maybe replacing sink / kitchen at some point.

My hot water is not working in my apartment. I have an electric hot water tank which provides hot water to the apartment. There is no issue with the electricity so has to be a plumbing issue. It’s also been making a draining noise which needs to be looked at. Need an experienced plumber please as I need it fixed ASAP.

We installed a new bath tub with center drain which is offset to the original drain pipe by around 80cm. It is currently connected to the original drain with soft tubes. The tubes are too long and have turns which make draining very difficult. Once we fill enough water, it drains fine, but it drains poorly when there is little water. We need a licensed plumber to redo the connection with proper piping and reinstall the bathtub, we are happy to reimburse the materials. Quote for the required labor. The pipes are not blocked.
