A water connection to the back of dishwasher has been disconnected, which has also messed up my water lines (no cold water on sink, otherwise things leak)

We need our gas burner tubes replaced on our webber. The task is simple enough but the two bolts that are connecting the old tubes are pretty rusty and hard to remove and we don't have the correct tools. So it's just a matter of having a good quality wrench to remove these two bolts.

I have an outdoor shower that has two separate taps for hot and cold water and needs the washers replaced, you will also need to supply the washers. The tapware is of a standard washer or “jumper valve” mechanism. Washers (Doust tap washers are recommended) and ‘o’ rings may need replacing, along with lubrication of the spindles.

The drain connected to my kitchen sink seems to have become detached slightly. In reference to the photos, the drain on the right has become slightly detached from the sink. The drain on the left is how it should be.

We have 2x sump pumps under the house - one for grey water and one for storm water. They haven't been serviced in a few years so want someone to come out, check they are operating properly, clean out etc (or whatever is required) to ensure they continue to operate. Both seem to be working perfectly right now.

Our sink is blocked. We tried draino and it didn’t work. Water is also leaking underneath We are in a house

Undermount sink has dropped and is leaking Needs reattaching to countertop

Hot water is not hot enough. Checked the temp regulation valve and it is set to max. Also the non return valve is leaking.

Toilet is leaking from the base - does not appear to be an issue with the actual toilet but it may need to be moved to check/fix the plumbing - cistern is fine, all external pipes are not leaking - need an honest plumber to please have a look and repair the plumbing as appropriate - would really hope to do this without replacing the actual toilet if possible - thank you 🙏🏽
