Needing a leaking pipe/shower fixed

Just had new taps put in my shower the hot water keeps running even though the tap is fully off.

We had to take taps off and use spanner to turn of shower completely. Now spanner is not working to shit it off - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 16th Nov 2021

TASK: Locate and fix a shower leak DETAILS: Shower is located upstairs in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse on Garfield Road, Logan Central, near Woodridge Train Station. Based on the photos the shower drains into a small white compartment and then drains elsewhere. From what I can see the wooden compartment in the photo DOES NOT have any damp water patches visible. This suggests that the leak is located between the ground floor and second floor. The photos of the affected area with mold are taken from the downstairs ceiling, which is located under the shower and there are 2 locations that are damp. CAUSE: I suspect the cause of the leak is from poorly executed bathroom renovations completed by the previous owner. I suspect this problem has come and gone over a period of 12 to 18 months, however I have only owned the property for 8 months. This problem was resolved several weeks ago by adding a new seal to the shower base, however the problem has returned. DATES: I am available on July 15, 16, 17 and 18th all day and night at a time that suits you. You are welcome to ask any questions. I hope the photos help. Cheers, Jason
