the task price does not include the material cost, I would reimburse you if you present me with the invoice. there are two parts of this job one is related to shower heads, one is related to sink holes. I need to replace the shower heads in ensuite and the additional bathroom, they are out of order. need to replace with detachable shower heads instead of fixed heads. see picture. the second part is to change all sink holes in the house, they are old and too wide, I want to change to thinner ones so as to catch more unintended residual (not go to the water drainage pipe) two sink holes in the kitchen two shower sinks two basin sinks please note this used to be a rental property and the dirtiness is a result of the previous tenant behavior. it will be cleaned when you come to do the job.

The bathroom shower head is leaking. Tried to fix it with the kit from Bunnings with new washers etc, and this did not work. Need someone to come out asap.

Just need to hook the button flusher of the toilet. Fiddly and I can't get it. Will have to do a bit of fishing as well.

The cold water tap in the shower is leaking from the tap spigot in the wall. Re-seating tap washer has not worked. The leak is behind the tap ( not the shower head)

Several points around this property have issues with drainage.

We have two sinks with four taps. Our taps cannot be turned off. Probably due to the pressure being higher since a leak within the centre was repaired.
