We have a section of ceiling, above the shower head in the bathroom that has mould and some of it has flaked away. We are fine to remove the plaster and we are looking for someone to replaster the section, seal, waterproof and prep for painting. Pictures incuded providing more context

Hi all Old electric hot water system broke and have decided to go to a gas system instead, gas will be moved to the other side of the house near the shower / bathroom. Currently no close outlets and will need to use an extension cord to power the rinnai hot water system. Just looking to get a new outlet installed so I won’t need to use a extension cord. New fridge that needs plumbing. Not directly next to sink but hose supplied reaches sink easily and Can go under cabinets. Purchased the non plumbed version and was sent this one in error, would like to see if it can be plumbed before I send back.
