Two Toilet seats replaced. I have the seats already.

Two jobs - Cistern to be replaced with already purchased cistern. And install piping from kitchen plumbing through a brick wall for an outside shower.

Installing a new en-suite bathroom to a bedroom and will need the fist fix plumbing installed i.e. connected to sewer and mains. Bathroom will have 3 risers one for toilet, vanity and shower. Main sewer runs out to street and should not be hard to connect. Licensed plumbers only. See photos attached.

I have gas pipe in the kitchen that needs to be capped off and terminated. The pipe can be capped off from the roof or the kitchen area. I just want to make sure that I can cover the hole in the wall afterwards ( please see the picture)

Tree has grown into itrigation causing a leak, need someone to dig to find leak and cap off (dont need the irrigation just want to stop the leak)

We need to change the whole tap unit on the basin and add a new one, also add bifget

Irrigation station waters one area too much and the other not enough. Need to split the station into two and replace heads to spray more water

Un gutter pipe has to be changed.

Our Raymor Toilet is continually running and the flow of water into the cistern does not stop leading to water going down overflow drain. I belive there may be a problem with the infill valve or float. It may need replacing. I think a handyman could fix this and doesnt need a plumber as water is already connected and can be turned off by tap next to the toilet

My Kitchen taps leak. The washers have been replaced and they still leak! These taps are 50+ years old and are original to the house build... are they worn out and in need of replacing? Can you check them out and advise me, quote for a repair/replace as needed?
