Crack on bathroom bench, water leaking. Need sealed

Previous copper pipe for reticulation has been cut and capped. Need registered plumber to rejoin and non return valve install (have valve, see photos).

The flush button on my toilet is sticking and I can’t remove it without it feeling like it’s going to break. Need someone to repair today if possible in north Perth

Out kitchen tap is leaking

I have already purchased a replacement mixer tap for the kitchen sink. I just need it to be installed

I have an F12 error on a Miele dishwasher. Replaced the inlet/drain valve but it has not fixed the problem.

Need to take off old shower head and replace with the new one (we have the new one), and ensure it does not leak (plummer tape? We do not have any).

Dishwasher leaking waste water on to the floor from underneath unit. Checked ourselves but can’t seem to figure out the issue. Could be issue with the hose/clamp, or rubber inline seal.

Need sprinkler head repaired so that it stops leaking and also need drain at rear of garage removed, cleaned and reinstalled so that fits the area.

Gutters have holes and are warped.

Fix a leaking bathroom tap, replace 2 washers.

Reroute some storm water pipe to soak wells, as pictured in blue. All the digging will be done for you, and materials supplied.

Down pipe elbow has been damaged due to someone reversing into it. Needs to be replaced Happy to provide the elbow, if someone can just install it

A couple of years ago I got an airtasker to plumb in the water / ice dispenser on my fridge. They connected it under my kitchen sink. Since then , I only get very hot water in the kitchen sink / if I turn the tap to cold it reduces the water to a trickle. It only affects the kitchen sink The dishwasher is also hooked up under the sink but it always has been and did not cause an issue. I’m in an apartment in west perth but we have free visitor parking in the building so you can easily park on site. Can anyone help out ?

Leaking shower head in my bathroom. Tap is a “quarter turn tap”. Been here 2 years and not sure on details of the tap beyond that. I have tried to fix myself by attempting to replace the washers on the tap but I am stuck at getting the tap spindle out of the wall at all. I don’t have correct tool to remove it. Need a plumber to fit a new cold water kitchen tap. Old tap removed but cannot feed thread to water feed line. Simply cannot reconnect - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 4 January 2024
