Fix shower handle with grub screw, it is missing now (pics 5, 5a) Happy to get advise on new supplies, all available and needs to be picked from bunnings.

Task: Install a T join from the water mains before the pressure reduction valve. Previously had no PRV (older house) and had setup automatic watering system using that pressure. Had bathroom reno done and had to get the PRV installed, now my irrigation system has much lower pressure resulting in poor performance. What I would like to do, is install a T join before the PRV to feed into master solenoid valve for the irrigation system. This pipe work is all external to the house. All water within the dwelling would still run thru the PRV. Question: Is this possible?
