Toilet is partially blocked and will slowly drain if flushed. It is an upstairs toilet, which is not used for number 2’s anymore.

3 small jobs 1. Fix under sink leaving pipe. 2. The drainage pipe for the dishwasher under the sink 3. Installing an easy bidet setup through under the bathroom sink.

The basin drainage is blocked due to the lack of maintenance. Therefore, I need to get a plumber to clear the drainage.

Toilet leaking see photos I tried to change the valve but still leaking, probably I didn't align it properly

I need a plumber to come and fix a couple of our taps. One is dripping and the other is spitting out water to the side of the water flow. We also have one whistling toilet. We have multiple taps in the house and would love someone to just have a look at the others to check that they are okay and if more work needs to be done anywhere - we can pay privately on top of this job.

We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.

Bathroom drain very slow running. Almost fully block

I’d like a licenced plumber to inspect pipes connecting into and out of my stormwater pit, and also connecting to the curbside stormwater run off to diagnose any issues as there is suspected water flowing onto a neighboring property. Attached image shows there are some issues with roots in and around pipe. This will need someone who can get inside the pipe and see what’s going on with cctv. Swap tap in laundry and change washes in tap handles

To remove old kitchen tap and install the new tap (bought from IKEA). Please note the water pipe of my house (> 50 years old) are made in copper while the hose of the new tap is made in steel.
