I have a leak in my bath/shower that is very slow and over time has down to kitchen area. We have completed a pressure test on pipes, they are good no leaks, the shower and bath spout replaced and good pressure. The next thing was the grout to get replaced again. The grout person said behind the tiles is wet so the water over time has slowly seeped through the tiles and grout and this is where the leak is from. I need to get the titles removed, tub replaced with just a shower reset and plumber fixed so no bath etc.

Weber gas Bbq needs a good clean. I have the spray which is a weber product. And after a period of time, can rinse ofcwith soapy water. Needs bottom insides scraped before spraying znd then wait for a period then wash off with soapy water. The grill just gets cleaned with soapy water but may need to be scraped a little.

Needing a plumber to put in the plumbing for a portable building. Attached to my parents house! This is portable, the sewer and main water will be used. The IO sewer (has been located & ready to go) & concrete has been cut ready for the pipes - the water main needs a t-piece and a new line run to the building. The plumbing needed is Bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet Kitchen - sink - potential plumbed fridge All pipe work can be completed outside the building not internal walls. Need done urgently. No council approval necessary so you don’t need the form4 etc.
Paul is absolutely phenomenal and has done the most amazing job. Highly recommend. Will use again for all future plumbing needs. Thanks again Paul.
