Hi, The toilet rubber pan cone is leaking a bit when using the flush as it's gotten old and is due for a replacement. Job is to bring a spare rubber pan cone and remove old rubber pan cone to the new one. The shower head will need to be replaced as well. Happy for a shower head to be used below a price of $40. Quote includes rubber pan cone to be sourced by the plumber and also source a shower head and replace/install shower head and rubber pan cone. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 March 2023

Currently has the old pillar taps on it which will need the copper pipes cut and fitted with a connector to hook up the flexible hose of the mixer tap. Already purchased the mixer taps, so you've just got to bring the tools and install the mixer tap. - Due date: Before Thursday, 17 November 2022
