Hot water system has been disconnected, needs to be reconnected literally right outside of where it is now. I can pre drill a hole not an issue. Very easy. Installing 2 shower heads, bath spout and 3 mixers. Installing the bath, pipe is already there. Replace second laundry tap and mixers, replace old shower head and taps and basin mixers (these are seperate to the house - in granny flat)
