Water runs ok in the single mixer tap but the mixer/ tap is loose under the sink

Needs to replace a kitchen sink mixer (goose neck) tap. I have bought the replacement tap, only labour is needed.

I'm looking for a skilled and experienced handyman or plumber to replace my current kitchen mixer tap. The existing tap is outdated, and I have already purchased a new one that needs to be installed.

Qualified and experienced plumber required to convert older style hot and cold wall taps to mixer taps. There are 3 taps: laundry, a bath and shower tap (see photos). Please note this is just to convert the plumbing fittings (not to fit taps). All tiles have been removed. Wall is cement rendered. There may be few other plumbing jobs that may need to be done as part of the bathroom renovation which can be discussed onsite.

Bathroom shower grout is damaged and leaking

I have a bathroom that was renovated by previous owner. Have started to notice some water leaking on edge of bathroom doorway around door frame. I suspect it's because of a leak in the shower either in the grout work or poorly installed waterproofing. I really don't want to rip up the floor tiles but I need a qualified person to inspect and diagnose the leak first before recommending the best solution.

I have already got Toilet bidet, but to install that I need help in taking out Toilet seat nuts/bolts and then install bidet and reinstall the seat back, however those bilts are stuck, please refer to images

When flushing, water rises to almost the top of the bowl, then slowly goes back down. I have tried a plunger, Drano & a 4.5m auger (snake). Not of which have worked so far. One story 4 bedroom house is only 6 years old, so I’m hoping it should be an easy fix.
